50 Ways to Slow Down

If you’ve been following Mantra Made you know that the mantra of the season is slow down.  To celebrate that I’m offering up 50 ways to slow down over the next 10 weeks- daily little tips, ideas, & other tried and true methods that will help you get back into your own inner groove.

Here’s the first one, a ‘slow morning’ tip:

Add 1 to 2 teaspoons of grass-fed butter or coconut oil to your coffee.  The healthy fat gives a long sustained energy, eliminates the jitters, and you won’t experience that coffee crash!
